We grow each salad component separately, allowing us to harvest each leaf at it's peak flavor and perfect fork-friendly size. A well developed mix is always available! Start dreaming of salads that taste like they should.
We understand that fresh herbs make your creations celebration-worthy. Cilantro, dill and basil are seeded continually to ensure flavor, color and texture are on point. In addition to those top sellers we have parsley, thyme, lovage, savory, rosemary, chamomile, thai basil, shiso and others!
Like our salad components, the various baby greens in our field are sown individually. We always have arugula and baby Red Russian kale, red-stemmed dandelion + amaranth. The rotations also includes mizuna, red mustard, hon tsai tai, wild arugula and white-stemmed bok choy.

Mokum carrots, hakurei turnips, radishes and petite beets. We continually sow all of these essential favorites to ensure you can get them all season long at the size you need.
Bouquets of edible flowers based on seasonally available blooms give dishes a "fresh, grown nearby, this is awesome" kind of feel. Pollens, seeds and micro greens also available.
